Love these.
I have had this pair for literally 3 years of 5 day a week use, I coil tubing (stainless steel to plastic) for a living. Yes, the insoles will wear out just as any work shoe does. You can buy replacements for the insoles pretty cheaply. My shoes are still in amazing condition. They were wearable right out of the box with no break in period. I'm only online today to look at new ones, because after three years I want something different.

Not adequate
I work 12 hour days 3 days a week. I purchased these shoes. They were comfortable for about 3 months?! My feet hurt terribly after every shift. I can't wait to be able to buy different shoes. I only get reimbursed for one pair of shoes a year. Never again...the search is on.

Wear and tear
I have purchased for the last 3 years. They do not last the whole year, and the material along with the shoe strings tares up quickly and I work in a manufacturing company. The shoe is not bad on the bottom of my feet that's why I keep purchasing them.

Disappointed
Comforter is horrible, bottom of my feet hurt so bad . Waste of my money.
-
Lightweight and comfortable
These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. I usually purchase shoes at Red Wing mostly because of their maintenance program, thought I would try something new . The only downside is the material they used for the toe. The machines I use all have "toe" operation. Only have worn these 3x and the material in the toe is coming apart. I had taken pics not sure how to had to my review
