The cap is grooved to provide slip and abrasion resistance while gel and EVA foam padding cradles the knee cap. Ideal for working on hard surfaces, cement roofs, driveways, and cargo areas, these knee pads provide a flat kneeling surface for greater stability. The gel insert does not compress over time either, and works together with the 1/2 inch of foam padding.
